As a part of Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives Bridge Builders has partnered with:

  • Macoupin County Housing Authority to build Rimini Place located in Virden, Illinois with 38 homes (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms)
  • North Lake Community Development Corporation to build North Point Homes of Sullivan located in Sullivan, Illinois with 37 homes (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms)
  • AHDVS to build Bristol Place Senior Residences located in Champaign, Illinois with 60 Senior Apartments (1 and 2 bedrooms)
  • Beck Lane Residences located in Lebanon, Missouri with 50 homes (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms)

Home Offerings

All homes will feature an attached garage, energy star rated appliances including in unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances, hard-wood cabinets, resilient hard surfaces, solid core doors, brick and vinyl exterior finishes, window treatments, ceiling fans with light kits, and hard-wire for internet and cable services.
